Whilst looking for some inspiration on new recipes the other day, I stumbled upon Peng's Kitchen. She has shared many excellent recipes and one of them, Lemony Fish Pie, caught my eye. I made some adaptations to it (used fresh rosemary instead of dill, used grouper fillet, prawns and clam instead of grouper, salmon and mussels, added sliced brown mushrooms and a sprinkling of green peas)...and voila! We had Lemony Seafood Pie for dinner, together with Mushroom Soup. Peng's trick of stirring in lemon juice and zest really took the dish up a notch. It made the other flavours more pronounced, and gave a tart, fresh taste to the seafood pie. Delicieuse!
