We are halfway through! 7 days down, 7 more to go. Hopefully, this Movement Control Order period does not require an extension.
When I took out the minced pork for defrosting, I had a different dish in mind. However, I stole a look at the breadcrumbs that hubby managed to get for me from Jaya Grocer, and I had a brainwave. It's a dish that I had cooked for hubby some time back, and he had enjoyed it. But it's not regularly featured in my kitchen. Since I had time on my hands today, I thought, "Why not?"
