15 May 2021 Day 6 of Movement Control Order 3.0
Ah Quen, the fishmonger, had some fresh medium-sized prawns today. With these delightful crustaceans, I decided to cook Marion's Southern Thai Tamarind Prawns, which were immensely enjoyed by hubby when I made them during the last MCO. (https://irenechanal.blogspot.com/2020/12/mco-20-day-30.html)
I remember how 10 out of the 14 prawns had disappeared in the blink of an eye the last round, so I was glad I had a bigger catch this time.
