Tonight's meat dish is not from any blogger's or chef's recipe. However, it has stood the test of time. And whenever I cook this dish, hubby is all smiles. I learned to cook this dish from my mother, and I remember I used to love it too whenever she made this. She doesn't cook this nowadays but up to a few years back, I used to cook an extra portion for my dad. Unfortunately, he's now getting on in his years and the meat's too tough for him to handle. I've made extra portions, which will come in handy whilst juggling between my brunch and my virtual classes these two weeks.Braised Spare Ribs with Black Beans and Taucu
