It‘s confirmed! When Phase 2 of the MCO ends on 14 April, Phase 3 kicks off. It’s going to be another 2 weeks of intense kitchen activity. This will be a real test of ideas and skills in the culinary sense. I do enjoy cooking. And although lessons are still going on through the Internet, working from home means my time is more flexible. Hence, preparing dinner every day is not taxing at all.
As today’s Good Friday, a simple dinner was in store. I broke my fast with a dish of vegetables and an onion omelette while hubby’s protein serving came in the form of fried potatoes with minced meat.
