It’s the penultimate day of MCO Phase 2. I had my hands full with online lesson preparation and some household chores, so dinner menu had to be fuss-free cooking. Dump everything in and boil. Mix everything up and steam. That’s a tired domestic goddess’ recipe for cheating! 😝
