Hubby was in porky heaven on this Easter Day. He was treated to Hong Kong-styled pork chop noodles for breakfast, which really wowed him. And then for dinner, I cooked something that he greatly enjoys - Hakka braised pork belly with black fungus. Now, darling, even though I’m working from home now, I can’t be cooking like this every day, okay?

Dinner was served slightly later because we had a late lunch / tea in the mid-afternoon. It was an utterly yummylicious meal whipped up by hubby dearest...it was so good that it deserved a post on its own. Hence, I had MCO Day 26 written on it. That explains why this post is named MCO Day 26.5 😅
